This action is used to control a scene's camera. If you apply a track entity action to an entity the scene will follow the position of the renderer specified. The tracked entity has to have a renderer on it. Each scene layer in a basic 2D game can have only one tracked entity applied to it.

Uncheck the "Track By Offset" checkbox to have the scene snap to the exact position of the entities' renderer's origin.
