An expression is a dynamic value that is evaluated and returns a value that can be assigned to a property. In GBS expressions have a set of pre-defined mathematical functions that can be used in an equation and also allow you to reference components using the "Self" keyword.

You can use the expression editor to browse for properties on other entities, use the pre-defined math functions, or grab the mouse position properties for your expression. Below is an example of what an expression looks like:
